We are a small local family company based in the hills of East Tennessee.  Our products are made with the same process as they were hundreds of years ago, small batch and open kettle cooked.  Each one is hand packed with all the pride that grandma used to put into her pickles, relishes, and jams and jellies.  Our recipes have been handed down from generation to generation.  We hope you enjoy a taste of the past!
